Refund and Returns Policy

Last updated: August 2026. We want you and your pet to be happy with the fountain. If it is not right for you, here is exactly how a return works. No hoops, no restocking fees.

30-day returns

You have 30 days from the day your order is delivered to request a return. To be eligible, the item must be in the same condition you received it, complete with all parts, and in its original packaging where possible.

How to start a return

Contact us through the contact page on this store with your order number and the reason for the return. We will confirm whether your return is accepted and send you the return address and instructions. Items sent back to us without requesting a return first cannot be accepted.

Return shipping

Return shipping is free. We cover the cost of sending the item back, whether it arrived damaged, faulty or incorrect, or you simply changed your mind. We send you the return instructions once your return is approved, and there is no restocking fee.

Damaged, faulty or wrong items

Inspect your order when it arrives and contact us immediately if the item is damaged, faulty, or not what you ordered. Send us your order number and photos where relevant, and we will make it right.

Items that cannot be returned

For hygiene reasons we cannot accept the return of used filters or of a fountain that has been used and returned without cleaning. Gift cards and sale items marked as final sale cannot be returned.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the outcome. If approved, the refund is issued automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may need additional time to post it to your account. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your refund, contact us.

Cancellations

You can cancel an order at no cost at any time before it has been prepared for shipping. Contact us as soon as possible with your order number and we will stop it if it has not yet left the warehouse.

Your statutory rights

Nothing in this policy limits the rights you have under applicable consumer protection law.
